Last updated: 27 June 2026

About Us

These terms apply to websites and services operated by ZHI XING UK Ltd, including www.zhixing.co.uk and www.zhixinguk.com.

We provide UK museum tour booking, guided tour coordination, customer support, and related cultural experience services.

Accepting These Terms

By using our websites, creating an account, placing an order, making a payment, contacting support, uploading content, or submitting a review, you agree to these terms.

If you book on behalf of other visitors, you are responsible for making sure they understand and follow the parts of these terms that apply to them.

Accounts and Eligibility

  • You must provide accurate and current information when registering, booking, or contacting us.
  • You are responsible for keeping login credentials and verification codes secure.
  • Bookings should be made by an adult with authority to provide contact details and payment information for the group.
  • We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe an account or order is being misused.

Our Services

Product pages describe the relevant tour duration, format, route, price, meeting arrangements, and booking rules. Those product-specific details form part of these terms for the booking you make.

Unless a product page says otherwise, museum admission, transport, meals, personal expenses, and third-party tickets are not included. Museum entry rules, security checks, closures, crowd control, and exhibition access are controlled by the relevant museum or venue.

Bookings and Order Confirmation

  • An order is submitted when you provide booking details through the website or another approved channel.
  • A booking is confirmed only after we accept it and confirm the relevant payment or arrangement.
  • We may reject, cancel, or ask to change an order if the selected time is unavailable, the product information contains an obvious error, payment cannot be verified, or we reasonably suspect misuse.
  • You are responsible for checking the date, time, visitor number, contact information, and product details before submitting an order.

Prices and Payment

  • Prices are shown in the currency stated on the product or order page. We may support GBP, CNY, or other payment routes depending on the order.
  • Available payment methods may include bank transfer, WeChat Pay, Alipay transfer, or other methods shown at checkout.
  • Payment screenshots are used for manual verification. Uploading a screenshot does not by itself prove that payment has cleared.
  • If a price or payment instruction contains an obvious mistake, we may correct it and ask you to confirm whether you still wish to proceed.

Attendance, Lateness, and Conduct

  • Please arrive at the meeting point on time and allow enough time for transport, security checks, and museum entry.
  • Late arrival may reduce the tour content that can be delivered and may not entitle you to a refund or extra time.
  • Visitors must follow venue rules, staff instructions, security requirements, and reasonable guidance from the guide.
  • Children must be supervised by an accompanying adult throughout the service.
  • We may stop or refuse service if behaviour is unsafe, unlawful, abusive, disruptive, or likely to damage the experience of other visitors.

Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling rules may vary by product, date, guide availability, and order status. The product page, booking page, order message, or written support confirmation for your booking takes priority where it gives more specific rules.

  • If you need to change a booking, contact us as early as possible. Changes depend on guide availability, venue conditions, and remaining capacity.
  • If we cancel a confirmed service for reasons within our control, we will offer a reasonable reschedule or refund for the affected service.
  • We are not responsible for third-party travel, accommodation, museum ticket, visa, or personal costs unless the law requires otherwise.
  • Fixed-date leisure services may be excluded from the standard 14-day online cancellation right under UK consumer law. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Reviews, Uploads, and User Content

  • You must only upload or submit content that you have the right to provide and that is accurate, lawful, and respectful.
  • We may moderate, reject, edit for formatting, hide, or remove reviews and uploaded content where necessary for safety, privacy, legal, quality, or abuse-prevention reasons.
  • By submitting a review or other public content, you allow us to display, reproduce, translate, and use it in connection with our services and marketing, subject to your privacy choices and applicable law.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, scrape at scale, interfere with service security, or upload malicious files.
  • Do not use the services for unlawful, misleading, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory purposes.
  • Do not copy, resell, or commercially exploit our services, routes, materials, or website content without permission.

Intellectual Property

Our website content, branding, text, images, layouts, tour descriptions, route structures, and service materials belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only for personal, non-commercial use connected with our services unless we give written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or rights that cannot be excluded under consumer law.

Subject to the above, we are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of enjoyment caused by events outside our reasonable control, third-party service failures, venue closures, crowd control, transport disruption, weather, strikes, security incidents, or museum policy changes.

Privacy

We handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy. Please read it to understand how we collect, use, store, and share information.

Changes and Governing Law

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies when you use the website or make a booking, unless a later version is agreed with you.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have mandatory rights under the law of the place where you live.
